Responsible for the entire product both traveler and partner sides of the business. Ensured the product supported all of the departments while still continuing to improve overall site performance and conversion. Designed the product and managed a team of 25+ software engineers that rewrote a legacy php interface to React and Node.
A passion project that I co founded and handed off to an incredible team. I currently sit on the board of this amazing little experiences company.
Responsible for the entire post-booking experience for travelers. This included traveler mobile and web experiences, but also property owners hospitality portals as well. All being global and multi-lingual. Spoke at over a dozen conferences.
Mobile SAS product to large scale property management companies. This hospitality product ensures a great traveler experience while increasing communication efficiency. Sold this company to HomeAway/VRBO.
A mobile software development consulting firm that created 250+ iOS and Android applications. Had one of the first 500 apps on the AppStore and won numerous awards for innovation and design. Sold this company in 2015.
Requirement gathering, product design, software development, testing and implementation. Complete control over development of a telecom inventory management tool including client support, integration and training. This web application targeted fortune 500 businesses whose monthly telecom expenses exceeded 500k per month.
Designing and implementing software for medical documentation interfaces. Experience includes web services, secure communications, SQL Integration Services, HL7 certifications and complex workflows.
Responsibilities include: managing an 30+ person offshore development team for a web-based transcription application. Writing, reviewing and testing of application functional requirements.
Complete web application design, development and testing of a web application focused at vastly increasing the efficiency of doctors and medical transcriptionists, by providing superior tools and incredible flexibility.
Complete website design, generation, and support. Web application development including: definition, design, developing and testing of a client-server application of an Electronic Medical Record application that is completely voice enabled and modular.
EDUCATION
Proud to have graduated from one of the top 3 mechanical engineering schools in the nation. Worked part time, volunteered in faith based organizations and won numerous engineering design competition awards.
Straight A student my entire time here. Worked at Allied Mechanical, designing custom packaging for customer via Solidworks.
Decided when I 12 that I was going to go to this school. Got a couple scholarships, but wanted this one. Talked the Dean into allowing me to take 21 credit hours as a Freshman. Grades were good but I became a sleep deprived workaholic that had to develop a more sustainable work ethic. Moved back home to Illinois for a girl. Look at the upper left portion of this site. That's her.
